R N R Window Cleaning provides residential and commercial window cleaning in San Clemente, California. Booking work with us, or using this website, means you accept the terms on this page. If anything here conflicts with a written quote we have sent you, the written quote takes precedence.
Quotes are based on what you tell us: window count, number of stories, access, and whether you want interior, exterior or both. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date we give it.
If conditions on site differ materially from what was described — significantly more glass, restricted access, or buildup that needs a different method — we will tell you before starting and give you a revised price to accept or decline. We do not change the price after the work is finished.
We work by scheduled appointment only and never turn up unannounced.
Please make sure the glass is reachable on the day: gates unlocked, pets secured, vehicles moved clear of ground floor windows, and fragile items moved back from interior sills. If we cannot reach part of the property we will clean what we can and adjust the invoice for the rest.
Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move an appointment. There is no charge for cancellations made inside that notice period.
If we arrive for a scheduled appointment and cannot access the property, we may charge a call-out fee to cover the trip. We will always try to reach you first.
Payment is due on completion of the work unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We accept [list your accepted payment methods].
Commercial invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date.
A standard clean covers the glass, tracks, sills and screens for every window in the agreed scope. Where something is excluded — skylights, interior glass above a stairwell, or panes needing specialist access equipment — the quote will say so before you book.
We may reschedule for rain, high wind, or any condition that makes working at height unsafe. We will contact you as early as we can and offer the next available slot at no extra cost.
Coastal glass can spot again quickly. Salt spray, sprinklers running hard water across a pane, and construction dust nearby are outside our control and are not a defect in the work.
We look at the glass before we clean it. Scratches, chips, failed seals, hard water etching, paint or stucco overspray and damaged screens are noted and reported to you. Some of these cannot be removed by cleaning, and a clean pane can make an existing defect more visible than it was under the dirt.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, or for damage that follows from a defect we have pointed out to you.
R N R Window Cleaning is licensed and insured. If we damage something while working on your property, tell us within [7] days so we can inspect it and put it right.
Except where the law does not allow such a limit, our liability for any claim arising from a job is limited to the amount paid for that job.
We sometimes photograph finished work for our own records and for marketing. Photographs never include people, house numbers, or anything that identifies a specific address. Tell us before the appointment if you would rather we did not photograph your property, and we will not.
We collect only what we need in order to quote and schedule: your name, phone number, neighborhood and job details. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. Contact us if you want your details removed from our records.
